Photography & Film: palindromes
The seminar examines the interferences and the dialogue established between photography and film throughout their history. At the same time, it facilitates a novel framework for the conceptualization and definition of the hybrid forms existing between the two mediums in contemporary practice.

Fashion Photography: Art or profession of the enfants terribles?
Currents, principal creators and big editorials in the illustrated pages of the magazines; The constant play between the fashion industry, the fabrication of dreams and the artistic avant-gardes versus the discovery of the imperfection and the snapshot; Provocation, experimentation and daringness. By employing as its point of departure the famous motto (“renovate yourself or die”), fashion photography has been nurtured by the artistic avant-gardes, the underlying social frictions and the technological evolution of the photographic device.
